With over 23 years of experience, Mr. Harmon is responsible for direct oversight of geotechnical, environmental, and geology projects. Mr. Harmon has extensive multi-disciplinary experience in all phases of geotechnical engineering, environmental site assessments, and engineering geology ranging from initial site investigation to inspection and testing of soils and materials during construction. Mr. Harmon has experience investigating and analyzing a variety of geologic hazards, including slope stability, rock falls, liquefaction evaluation, fault rupture, hydro consolidation and expansive soils. His project experience includes work on industrial, commercial and residential developments as well as public works, hospital, and school projects.

As a Testing Program Manager with more than 23 years of experience in performing building inspections and materials testing, Mr. Baer oversees quality control program, organizational, scheduling and marketing aspects of materials testing projects. Mr. Bear is highly skilled in review of architectural and structural plans and specifications, with a thorough understanding of the building codes and testing standards and has worked with various municipal, governmental, and private sector entities.

More than 25 years of experience in laboratory and field testing of construction material for schools, airports, air bases, streets, dams, tunnels, etc.  Works with various municipal, governmental, commercial, and private sector entities.  As a senior testing lab supervisor, Mr. Yeakey trains, oversees, and directs the materials testing staff and provides clients with one-on-one explanations of the test results. He evaluates test data for quality and accuracy and is responsible for maintaining calibration and operation of all testing equipment. Performs special inspections including wood framing, nailing and hold-downs inspections, structural steel inspections, epoxy anchor inspections.

More than 6 years of experience in laboratory and field testing of construction material and special inspections.  Worked with various municipal, governmental, commercial, and private sector entities.  Construction materials testing experience includes observation, sampling, inspection, testing of soils, concrete, masonry, and reinforcing steel.  Has performed field and laboratory testing as per ASTM and related project specifications. Mr. Howard completes special inspection services for concrete and masonry.  On-site testing has included soil, concrete, mortar, and grout, as well as inspection of reinforcing steel and bolt torqueing.
